I just wondering about my latest bill that i received by mail, that i need to pay the amount of 23. 78 for the bill period may five to June 7, 2019. And when i checked it i had a balance of 6. 07$ for my previous bill that i didn't know and i haven't received any email about that bill. Last month I am waiting any bills from Owtel by email, But i haven't received any and now this month i received one, but it charged me too much. I just want to know why i have a previous amount that charge me also for the late payment. And I want the details. And one more thing, I already updated my home address, but the email bill that i always received is always address to my previous house.
Hi there, my name is Maria Cabida, in Canada. I have been an Owtel customer for years. My agent Rosalie de Cena have not returned my calls regarding the KATA i5 and KATA C1 cellphones. She didn't even help me on how to use and activate the cp. I never get to try it at all because I had trouble activating it. I had left messages with her co workers and I tried calling customer service, but nobody is available to help me. I can not afford to pay for these so I mailed them back to Owtel Store in Markham, ON Canada on Oct. 19 after one month trial. I wanted to give her the tracking number of the cellphones that I returned, but I can not get a hold of her. PLEASE HELP. I want my money back. Thanks Maria 1-905-953-0143- Using my husband's email.

I called four or five times in this number 888 853 4017 it took a long time before a representative picked up the phone and they pretend they do not hear me. Called again and i was already yelling, but they pretend still they can not hear or they purposely do not want to hear me. I tried calling my son and my phone works. I believe they know that i am going to return that kata phone because your representatives do not know how to tell truth regarding your product. The thing with your company. I will file a complain to BBB regarding this. Your rep should know how to deal with your customers. I had been using this Owtel for years, i had been good dealing with your reps even if they are insistent and annoying when they promote products. Now i want to return this Kata phone, i do not like this this product. This product was sold to me by that renz soriano and he has no idea how this product will be connected to Owtel.
Owtel just wants to get our money. I tried calling all their contact numbers and it just gives a recorded message to call during office hours and i was calling during their office hours! owtel should close its business - they are misleading customers. And the agents pretend they will support you but number. We feel the same way about owtel.
