If at ANY time our health starts declining in any way, shape or form or our home catches on fire from this UNWANTED Smart Meter that was installed **without our knowledge** (when specific instructions were given to Penelec for us to be **notified and be at home during installation**) we will not fail to file whatever it takes to be reimbursed IN FULL for all medical bills and other possible expenses PLUS pain and suffering from anything related to this Smart Meter.

I called Penelec on April four, 216, concerning my bill that I paid on line on April one, 2016. I was told the wait time would be 12 minutes. Waited 34 minutes before my call was answered. Need to know why. That is almost three times the waiting period that I was told. I would like your comments before I contact the PUC concerning this matter.
