Ms. Mary On Phone To Rmv Milford Massachusetts Service
Concerned how the Supervisor who only identified herself as Malla responded to my request to speak with her after an issue today in the Milford office of the Registry. She insisted on working on her computer and would not look me in the face when I addressed my concern to her. She could have taken my observation as a learning opportunity for the concierge at the counter. Instead she gave me an excuse that she was busy helping so many people and that I should tell whoever I was escalating my concern to that. After waiting one hr and 17 minutes to speak with a Registry Associate I feel she could have at least given a Customer the respect of listening to what I had to say. It is more upsetting for a Customer to get the brush off from someone who is a Supervisor when they ask to speak with them than the initial issue. There appeared to be a lot of frustrated folks at this site today.
