My family has been a customer for nearly 20 years. When we didn't receive our paper yesterday for the second time in a month, I called and was told we had not paid since November. I know I paid, but since it doesn't show up on my bank statement, I can not prove it. There have been problems with your website and even though I have given you my e-mail address i have never gotten a confirmation of payment. That would be good customer service
I want to receive the So Salem section in Wednesday's paper, but have been told the only option is to get the paper seven days a week. We did that for years, which was a waste of money. I do not see why we can not customize our subscription. Whatever happened to the customer always being right?
Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the service I have received. In the past, we had the name and phone number of our carrier so we could call when we didn't get our paper. We do not even have that now. Your customer service has really gone downhill.
