I am receiving Past Due Notices for subscriptions paid for last Fall. Last month I replied to the Notice with date, amount and payment confirmation number from my bank. Friday, I received another Past Due Notice. This begs the question whether it is worthwhile subscribing to a magazine who can not get their Accounts Receivables Department to work correctly. Tomorrow (Monday) I will try the 212 New York City number and see what happens then. I will not be told I have not paid, WHEN I HAVE.

I have sent countless emails pertaining to a request for payment for another year when my subscription was last paid in October 2017~~ this subscription is not due yet
I went ahead and paid recently for the new subscription which included a gift subscription for my Sister in NY that really needs to run from this October for an additional year until October 2019
Why can not you fulfill the October 2017 year's subscription without harassing me and cutting short the number of copies my sister and I are suppose to be receiving .

Thank you for the opportunity to let you know why I am cancelling my subscription. I was strolling my three thousand + emails today, and I happened upon Veranda's email to me stating that I was in on the "continuous renewal" plan and for me to PAY NOW. For some reason that really bothered me. First of all I do not like a company renewing anything for me unless I am first asked, therefore I want my future subscription cancelled and when my current one runs out, DO NOT renew me ever again.
