I ordered VS 6/3 hair color and when I went to use it and poured the developer into tray - there was a slit in tray and lost all the developer. Color was Light Gold Brown.

It was a good run you and I. I use to enjoy using your home products and know that the colour on the box was what would be the final product. No more, you went and changed things. I use to love the colour I used because the girl on the box had the same curls. I get it. It's cheaper to use the same image and just change the hair colours. I even get not providing the tray, and brush. You changed the quality, it's runny and not creamy, and that I can not accept. The final colour comes out almost black, like the really cheap brands do. I even enjoyed your product over Goldwell at the Beauty Salon. Guess I will have to search for a new brand.

I bought a Vidal Sassoon 2200 hydra gloss hairdryer, three months ago for my daughter for xmas, yesterday she was horrified when it burst into flames whislt drying her seven year olds hair, she also had a newborn in a pram in the same room, as you can imagine it was a very frightening experience for her. She is taking the dryer back to the shop today, but I needed to tell you about this product because there is a dangerous fault with this model. Your Sincerely

I switched on my hair dryer when sparks started coming from the hair dryer followed by a loud bang and cracking noises. It sent a shock down my arm and left a burning smell in the room.
