I have been emailing this company for three days and still do not know what happened to my order item@007-085341179 a tunic Tie-Dye, navy blue size 22/24 for $8. 98 total $15. 57 with s and h. My bill reflects the cost of this item that I never received. I checked FedX on the status of my order and they had no record of shipping this item. An email I received yesterday told me that they are sending me a $10. 00 certificate to use. That doesn't take the 8. 98 off my Full Beauty charge card. Since nobody can tell me where my tunic is you can cancel the order and I won't pay the 15. 57. I just got a computer on the phone that told me an order had been shipped on Sept. 27 and I received a notice for that, but never got the order and no one can tell me what happened. I expect to receive via e-mail a new bill reflecting the cancellation of this order. I am informing my bank to not pay the charge if it is still reflected on my new bill.
