My name is Sunil Kumar , from olympia Lusaka. For the last three days we have no Zesco at home. We lodged a complaint, my complaint number is 4603845 and my meter number is 30730135594. We have 200 points in the meter, input is coming, but no output. I called to the customer service and talked to them many times, but still not yet resolved. I went to your office and explained the problem, they said we cant resolve it unless the Zesco is there, but the Zesco goes in the morning and comes back after 18. Hrs. So you guys cant resolve it after 18. Hrs? You guys please respond asap.

Plug the interface into the socket for the cooker with the batteries removed, drop all the brakers and put the batteries back into the interface and lift the brakers and enter 001 on the interface. It should show good.

I wish to learn and understand how Zesco operate where safety of its equipment and the general public is concerned. Some noted Trasformers in Lusaka Don't seem to meet the levels public safety. I have noted and reported some faults as i have noted. 1. Some Transformers have no Lighting Arrestors. 2. Some are not grounded. 3. Some have no Fuses on the MV sides to customer distributions. 4. Some Tx are small for areas their meant to supply. E. G a 200kva(176kw) Tx Supplies a market, and more than 25 housing units rated at 10kw(11. 4Kva) capacity. My question is, how many housing units are allowed on a 200KVA tx and what capacity does Zesco rate each standard housing unit?on one such Transformer we are seeing cables burning. We strive to engange local electricians to megger their new installations to a ground resistance of below ten ohms. But what is Zesco doing on their apparatus?like Tranformers?.
