Purchased two cans of Zinsser Covers Up stain sealing paint. When I went to take off the plastic cap both shattered into many pieces. The first can sprayed fine until I let go to stop it, then wouldn't restart, after a lot of work and me getting full of paint, it worked for another minute and then stopped completely. I opened another can today and the same thing. Plastic cap shattered. And I shook the bottle for ten minutes and heard the ball rattling around. Went to use it and worked again until I let go to stop it, then wouldn't restart. IS this an old product or defective. What paint did come out did a good job of covering the water stain. The can is 4771903688, product number 03688. I can not give you that info for the other can as the paint came out and got all over the can and ME Need neW cans please. PS was on hold for 15 minutes and never did get thru. NOT GOOD.

Hi, I have been trying to reach your company for support for over two hours. No matter what I call, an auto response says that you are closed from 12:30-1:30 but, since I have been trying since since 11:30am EST, and it is now 2:11pm EST, I am at a loss to understand why you have been "at lunch" this whole time I was advised by Sherwin Williams to call you with my question re: GARDZ and they told me how helpful that you would be. NOT I have now wasted much of my day and all your numbers (tried around eight of them) will not answer I will be sure to let Sherwin Williams and any others know NOT to tell customers to call you as you won't even answer your phone.
