Mr. Anthony Mooney CallsJul 13, 2018

Mr. Anthony Mooney On Phone To Fwc Service
My Name is Anthony Mooney and in 2017 I purchased a fishing license for myself and my wife in Florida, but have since moved to Georgia. My debit card was charged 29. 99 on July 12 2018. Called the number on the email for the transaction and your people stated that my account had not been charged and that I was not on auto pay. (made several calls to verify)Called my bank and they stated gogoutdoorsflorida.com had me on auto pay and the charge was deducted. I would like to have my card credited back for the 29. 99 and be removed from auto pay. I had prior emails sent to me about coming up for renewal in Florida, but had no reason to respond since I had moved. I have been in Georgia since Feb. I called the number on the email (888 347-4356)but could get no resolution. Please email me back to get this resolved. If not I will need to file a dispute with the bank. Thank You.
