Every day My company )MOBILE VENTURE MARKETING) give Gdex much business, But my customer (Reciever) always complaint for the item reach there for late and more late. Especially for the item that we send to SABAH and SARAWAK. If Gdex lack of manpower, how come my customer try to pick up from the Branch, but failed? Called the number given thousand times all day since morning till evening. 9am-6pm constantly. No answer at all. Just wasting phone bills on auto answering machine and annoying music. Auto redialed more than 15times straight after been hung-up. U call this "Customer Service".called early in the morning because i want to say that i want to collect myself before the parcel out for delivery. I track again saw it was out deliver on 10. 52am. So i have no other choice, but have to waste my time wait for the parcel to arrive at my house. Now it's already 6pm and still not yet arrive. At the same time tried to call all the time since 5pm because need to go out to fetch my kids. And i want to ask for the driver phone number so that i can call directly and want to know what happened?van broke down?accident?died?terribly sorry to saay this, but i wish it's true. Died. Very very very bad services. Wasting all customer's precious time. Damndont know any nice words that i can say anymore.

I would like to complaint your service is super duper badI sent my parcel on 29/9/2015(Tuesday) from Klang to Labuan, my customer did not receive the parcel after one week, which is on 6/10/2015 (Tuesday). I call and ask why my customer did not receive the parcel after one week sent, only your staff sent the parcel with incompleted condition. The parcel should be two individual plastic, customer only received one. I call your office to follow up, no one can give me correct answer what is wrong with the lost parcel. Bad attitude malay customer service. 2weeks ago called me there is a letter for me, but no one at home. I went to batu pahat Gdex for 3times to track the letter, but fail. A malay woman ask me dun keep finding the letter since I dun have the number to track, but the person who called me promised me call me back to send me the letter did not give me any information.

Call Help desk at 03-77876677 no one answer the call. In tracking, stated Damansara Perdana is closed on 20th Jul, but today is 21st Jul should be unfortunately nobody answer call. I have an urgent document from Citibank that has been sent out on last Thursday 15th Jul and until today still cannot receive the document. This is very very bad service. nobody answer call.

I was expecting my second delivery attempt and it failed again. I saw the "sorry" note at my doorstep again when I was in the house the whole day waiting. Don't your company provide your delivery staff handphones to call before delivery? This is a damn stupid company which I only expect such sickening service from Poslaju, but a regular courier service? Is this what we paid for? Come on.

I had arranged second delivery for my parcel on 18th June and they agreed to sent me the parcel as per agreed date. However, i am waiting from the morning till evening there is no indication of delivery as promised. So i call the customer help desk to query the status, but giving me same status shown in the website and transfer my call to somewhere else and ended up my call being hanged up. After some time i found the status shows no one at home in the occasion i am camping at my house all day long for this purpose. There is no way i did not hear any door knock from the delivery guy. It is frustrated because no one in Gdex can help me to resolve this.

Yesterday, i received one call (from this number 6047305194), the caller promise me to delivery my parcel again today and i have waited for one day until now 5. 11pm, i couldn't see any delivery men reached my front door. I am so fed up upon your delivery process and services in Perlis area, since your company did not have any branch in Perlis, this would mean, upon failure to delivery, i have to travel one hour journey, to collect my parcel in Alor Setar, Kedah. So what is the purpose i pay for the delivery fees? Since your company didn't have any branch in Perlis area, your delivery men should have make a call or leave any notification upon failure in delivery, and not me keep calling your Kedah branch.
