I purchased a Keurig coffee maker in March 2018. (I have attached my original invoice) It is now June and the display has stopped working and I cannot view any of the settings. This is not acceptable and I would appreciate your help in resolving this. I make two cups of coffee per day. Not exactly over using the machine, and I follow all instructions for care and operation. I bought a K-15 a few months ago and almost from the start I had problems with clogging and no coffee coming out. The video showed how to clean it by removing two screws, but mine has four and I can not reach the two in the back. What good is it? Can't clean it and can not get coffee. I paid a lot of money for this Keurig and I feel cheated. Can I return it for a refund?
I can not use it any more.
