I bought a system a few months ago. One camera stopped working. I checked all of the wire connections and they were all good. I even bought a new camera a few days ago and tried that. I found out the port on the back of the model QC918B was bad. I plugged the camera that was not working into another port and it works. The bad port would work for a few hours and then quit. I called technical support and we ran through the settings. Again, the port worked for two hours and then quit. I plugged it into another port and it works fine. This tells me the port on the box is bad. I would like a new box sent out. We are looking to hook up the 8th camera.
