Just wanted to let you know my Protection Portfolio that I purchased April, 2007 and was supposed to protect my important papers from a flood has warped. It was in my closet all these years. When I needed it for the Iris hurricane, it was no good. I live in Florida and I do have air-conditioning in the entire house. I have pictures if you need them.

Suze Orman package from KPBS
I loged on and entered the redemption code. But my two year old Apple computer could not read the disk. I phoned my son who is a Mac Developer, his opinion was that your dish labeled CD-ROM is our of date. I bought the whole Suze Orman package just for the information on that disk. Please advise. P Granger.

I have your Suze Orman "The Ultimate Protection Portfolio" kit which I purchased. At the time we did all the document, but the living will when I went in to complete this form I was unable to log in. I purchased your Protection Portfolio ten years ago and set up my trust and put everything into it. Now I am getting ready to list some real estate for sale and they want a copy of my trust document. In reading through it again before providing it, I do not see anywhere in it where it provides I can sell real estate. I am confused and worried that I will be prevented from listing and selling the property. I tried using your website to get assistance and cannot reach anyone. The 800 number provided is for Hay House and I sit and wait and wait while having to listen to Ms. Hay's affirmations. I need to get help to make sure my trust will allow me to sell the property.

I have tried several times to order the silver box. I wanted four @ 72 dollars each. The site seems to time out. I do not want my order to duplicate, but I do want that order. There was no phone number on Orman's website. I Googled it and got someone selling affirmations or some such thing, I listened to all the options and found Orman on 6 That mailbox was full. There was an override extension which was also busy. Please help me place this order before Dec. six which is listed as the deadline. Smiles, M. A.
